2004 Keystone Springdale Clearwater Edition

We are the second owners, have had for 12 years. Has only been used 3-4 times each season. Always stored inside in the winter months. Everything works as it should. Twin bunks in back, bottom bunk flips up for extra storage that can be accessed from the outside. The awning canvas was replaced 2 years ago, its in like new condition. The fridge motor was replaced 2 years ago and works great. Fridge can run off electric or propane. New deep cycle battery. The hitch was switched out to a ball hitch, but could easily be switched back. There is a receiver hitch on the back bumper. The queen mattress is not included. Its a great camper for its age.

The window above the couch no longer cranks out. There is a minor water damage spot on the back end.
