HOUSE WANTED. I am a single senior man seeking to buy a small 1 bedroom altho two is fine house preferably with a garage and a fixer upper would be best for me. I am hoping to buy on contract for at least two years and then I will get a bank loan or with my credit union.

I hope to find a place in a small rural town close to Grand Forks or Fargo but I am open to elsewhere as well. I am open to any range from either city.

My price range will be in the 20K range.
