2007 Jayco Melbourne 29D motorhome w/ 3 slide outs

This is a very nice 2007 Jayco Melbourne 29d Motorhome. I believe it is classified as a 29' but it measures 31' from end to end.

I am listing this for my grandparents. It was used lightly by the 2 of them a handful of times each year. This is pet free, and smoke free. It was freshly serviced with new tires and alignment. The roof was professionally inspected and re-sealed in 2023. It is completely self contained with a quiet on-board generator. It would be great for Boondocking. It has large fresh, grey, and black water tanks.

The Chassis is a Ford E-450 Van That has approximately 51,000 miles on it and it drives like a new one. It is very heavy duty and has a Heavy Duty Towing package with a Receiver hitch and a 7-pin trailer plug. It also has a nice rearview camera for backing up and hooking up trailers. You can view the camera while driving so it acts as a rearview mirror also. The cab has power heated mirrors as well as power windows and locks and Ice cold A/C. It has the ford V-10 and an automatic transmission. It has lots of power and cruises down the road awesome. It would have no problem pulling a boat or whatever you need to take with you. It has very comfy plush leather seats and a real wood dash. It is extremely comfortable to drive on long road trips. If yo have passengers or children it has 4 sets of seatbelts in the dinette as well as 3 sets on the sofa. you could put kids car seats in either location if needed. It would be great for a family. you could carry up to 8 passengers plus the driver and have a/c and a bathroom on a road trip.

The R/V is equipped with power fold steps, 3 slide outs, a dinette that folds down into a bed, a jackknife sofa that turns into a bed, a rear bedroom with queen size bed, a walk in shower with skylight. It has a very roomy Livingroom with a flat screen tv and a DVD player. It has an 18' awning as well as awnings over the slide outs. It has an outdoor stereo, tv mount and LP connection for a grill as well as a grill mount. It has an outdoor shower and rear ladder.
