Acerage / Raw land wanted near McClusky, ND

I am looking to buy land under 20 acres for cash or terms. Price is paramount as upland game hunting is primary use. Unfarmable or distressed properties OK. Remote or hard to reach plots OK. House, structures or wells not required.

I am hoping to find a small piece of land that is not necessarily valuable for farming. Rocks, trees, hills, sloughs, fieldstone, abandoned equipment, etc all okay. Will consider any size, even if it is very small.

Must be within 30 minutes of McClusky (1 hr north of Bismark)
