Bought this with 81,000 on it, drove it for a couple of years. All fluids changed at 91,xxx. New belts. This pickup would be hard to tell from new.
We upgraded camper and it's a little more than I want to tow with "Diego". This Havana Brown Silverado has so much to offer! It has been a sweetheart of a pickup, but practicality has to take precedence over the desire to keep it.
Stainless grille guard, plug in (needs the plug adaptor, available at chevy dealers). The pickup was always stored inside a heated shop for the night.
I had originally purchased a protection plan with it for the drivetrain to 181,000 miles. I am unsure if it will transfer to a new owner, but that is something I can discuss with the new owner.
This pickup doesn't handle like a truck. With the locking differentials, it will go through nearly anything that you would want to put it up to. I am planning to keep the pickup until after deer season as it really won't affect the trade-in value with more miles.
I figured that instead of taking a screwing from the dealership, just to mark it up to 30 grand- why not just offer it to the next owner for $28,373? It's less than you would spend at a dealership, without the sleazeball salespeople!
This pickup has so much more life left in it- with the afm/dod disabled, the pickup stays in V8 full time. No 2,4 cylinder ride here. I would trust the pickup to go anywhere at anytime. Again, the only reason for selling it is to move up to a 3/4 ton for the towing purposes that it offers.
This ad is time-bound. If we all fill our tags first weekend, it will go to be traded in the following week.
In conclusion- if you are in the market for a gently used- excellent condition pickup, don't pass this one up. Mileage will continue to climb, I drive this pickup daily if I leave town.
Title is in hand.
Thanks for reading, be on the lookout for pictures Wednesday sometime.
No payments- that's what a bank is for.
Trades- not really interested, I've got my eye on a couple of new pickups.
No paypal/going to ship/blah, blah, blah.
A bank-issued check, with my calling the cashier/president to verify funds will take place. Additionally, any paperwork that I find regarding private sales will be completed as well.
