Had bunkhouse in rear and removed to open an area for kennels but kept the top bunk. Started this project but just dont have time to finish and want something smaller so our SUV can pull it. We used twice over the summer last year and ac and fridge worked great Sleeps 5-6

Power jack, tires in good shape, door handle has been upgraded and all locks replaced with a set of 5 keys. Awning did get removed because it was not working properly and removed the mattress.
