9 ton crane. Lift chart is faded from sitting in the sun for years

Have title but can't find the keys to it. Doors are unlocked to it but will need a new ignition/key.

Needs new batteries.

I do remember the muffler is pretty wore out so it sounds almost like a straight pipe.

As is where is $7000. Will trade for classic Fords. Mustang/Torino/Highboy/Shortbox? Maybe a daily driver capable car/truck/sub of equal value.  Must be reliable  Prefer cash though.
