West German Bundeswehr , Infantry NCO Dress Jacket, 42R 1991 1st Panzer Division

Dress uniform jacket with insignia for an Oberfeldwebel (Staff Sergeant) in the West German Army (Bundeswehr), with insignia for both the 1st Panzer Division and Panzerlehrbrigade 9. Green faced collar tabs indicate wearer was in the Infanty section. Dated 1991, lightweight material with grey lining, very clean, tag translates to about a size 42 and is regular length, for someone about 5' 9" feet tall, which would correspond with the 178/108 on the size tag. Appears to have never been worn and uncommon to find with insignia intact. Very nice for a Cold War collector, a reenactor or just to wear as a lightweight jacket. Insignia alone are worth the price.
