Pitbull/Boxer Mix Free to Good Home

This boy's name is Teddy, super friendly & great around kids, cats, and other female dogs. Had his first round of shots a couple weeks ago. Not fixed. My wife & I work full time along with caring for our 2 children, we just don't have the time to potty train him and he seems to have high anxiety on the tie out. Would have to be able to take him out frequently, or a fenced in yard which we do not. He comes with a large kennel, toys, food & water bowls, also whatever remaining food. I don't know his exact birth date, but would guess he's around 7-9 months old.
