Wanted: Female cattle dog -

We are a farm family looking for at least a year old female cattle dog - will consider younger but we really do not want a puppy if at all possible.

We have cattle, goats, chickens and barn cats.

We have 6 grown kids and 6 grandkids that visit us quite often so must be good with babies and small children as our oldest grandson is only 6.

My husband wants a hanging tree breed, I like the Mini Australian Shepherd and border collie breeds so mix would be fine with us.

We do not need her to be purebred or papered.

We dont have a lot of money to buy a dog but do have A LOT OF LOVE to give a dog. We are both home most days of the week - we both work on the farm and I also work from home so the dog will almost always be with one of us everyday.
