ISO a broken-in rideable horse

I'm in search of a seasoned horse ideal for trail riding and ranch work. Preferably ages 4 and up. Just really been searching to find myself my dream horse for a cheap or decent price. Preferably under 1000

( I do have some unhandled and unbroken horses if your willing to trade for a project horse. )
